Our commitment

randstadwonenfonds recognises the importance of personal data protection and is committed to full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and any subsidiary legislation issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

Consent

We obtain informed consent before collecting personal data and clearly communicate the purposes of collection at or before the point of collection.

Notification

Where required by law, we notify the Commission and affected individuals of any notifiable data breach within the timelines set out under the PDPA.

Accountability

We maintain a documented data protection management programme, appoint a Data Protection Officer, and conduct regular training and audits.
