Do Not Call (DNC) Registry Information

How we respect the Singapore Do Not Call registry and manage marketing communications.

Overview

The Do Not Call ("DNC") provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 restrict the sending of certain marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered on the national DNC registry.

Our approach

We check the DNC registry before sending marketing text messages or voice calls to Singapore numbers, unless we have received clear and unambiguous consent from the individual to do so.

Opting out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS we send, clicking the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, or writing to our DPO.
